3) Where is Rees, surely Corry should have gone into the second row and Rees slotted in. I can only presume he is a) injured or b) has said something very rude indeed about BA's relatives.

According to Question Master, the premium text service that tells you answers to questions, Rees is fit and not selected.
Were they able to tell you why he wasnt selected as well?!
Vickery for Stevens I can at least see an argument for, bringing in experience and the captain. Lewsey has not been himself of late, slightly surprised to see him, especially as Cueto has not had much of a run on the wing, although he has been quiet in general, so 50/50 call thereI guess. Rees is the one I can't understand. Moody isn't a hands in the breakdown kind of seven, George Smith is, that's a crucial battle.
As for Farrell, this is the game that defines his short union career. If England lose, he may never play for them again, given his age.
